New Fabric: Home to Roost

Red Rooster fabrics is celebrating their 10th Anniversary. And, just in time, Terri Degenkolb has designed this whimsical, rooster-themed fabric collection called, "Home to Roost."

The color palette is warm colors and even has a panel that can be used for many different projects. Coordinating prints are available in a nice range of patterns, colors and values.

Terri has also written a whole new pattern book called "Home to Roost" just for this fabric line! The full color book features eleven different projects from quilts to stuffed owls.

Summertime Monkeys Embroidery Quilt

We are so excited to show you the newest embroidery quilt in our shop! This cute quilt was made by Debbie using the "Socky" Monkey fabric by Windham Fabrics, and the adorable embroidered monkeys are from Designs by JuJu.

Embroidery is really much easier than it looks! First, you stitch out the monkeys, then add each one to the center of a quilt block!

We used the Mod Pod pattern by Carolina Patchworks, and added the darling monkey faces border!
